Tomato chutney








Ingredients:


Big onion-1 or 15 small onions


Tomato-2 big size


Channa dhal fried thats is Porikadalai-2spoon


Dried  red chillies-5


Asafoetida


Salt to taste



Procedure:


Take a Pan add little bit oil.Put Dried Red chilly then 


Put the Onion and tomato which it has to be cut into two halves each 




Add pottukadalai  into it.


Finally add salt and asafoetida.Fry it well for a while.


Then off the stove and allow this mixture to cool.


If u want spicy means add more chillies.


When it is cool.Just add everything in the jar and grind in 1st level speed in mixie.


Please grind in Sharp knife blade jar


Dnt grind too much and dnt grind little much.



Add water if u want means during grinding.







Then Store in jar.



Note: You can add Ginger also along with grinding mixture
